This is a new, granted project of the Chester County, PA Jewish community educators and congregations, generously financially funded by the Weinberg Family Foundation, administered by the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia of JTeensCC is to identify affiliated and unaffiliated Jewish teens and create connections and engagement through experiential and social programs. JTeensCC’s launch date is late August/early September, 2022.
We are looking to hire a MARKETER to work with the program Administrator.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: 1. Develop a branding for JTeens Chester County
2. Develop a marketing plan through the the creation, production, and distribution of content and messaging across a variety of platforms
3. Use social channels to market to teens (TikTok, Snapchat, Discord, WhatsApp, YouTube, Instagram) and to parents (email, FB, WhatsApp)
4. Assist with gathering names and contact info of the teens.
5. Monitor, track, and report on social media metrics, data analytics from website, digital campaigns, and initiatives to uncover trends and actionable insights that inform brand strategy
Skills and Qualifications:

1. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with social media management platforms and search engine optimization techniques photography and video including editing graphic design skills using Adobe, Postermywall, Canva, and/or similar programs.
2. Demonstrated excellence in writing
3. Familiarity with email marketing software such as Constant Contact a plus
4. Excellent project management, organizational and planning skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously with strong attention to detail
5. Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently and creatively
6. Knowledge of “teens” is a plus as is familiarity with Jewish culture and values.
